Easy on the wallet and mindful of your health, Brunoise produces low-sugar homemade pastry, using only natural baking soda and aluminium-free baking powder (because aluminium contributes to Alzheimer’s!). Whenever possible, we also use whole-wheat or whole-grain flours in our gluten products.
From cupcakes to tarts, cakes, cookies.. Brunoise is all about low sugar but still oh-so-yummy in your tummy! Yes, it’s possible!
